What you'll do

• Lead operation of air vehicles, ground control systems, ground support equipment, payloads, radios, and related equipment during flights
• lead approved flight plans, ground tests, checklists, and profiles
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training operators
• provide flight logs and factual observations to engineering
• support approved integrations and troubleshooting under engineering direction
• and provide product feedback and customer use cases.

Why this role

Requires at least eight years of military or commercial UAS operations experience and four years in a leadership role. Active Department of Defense Secret clearance and FAA Class 2 medical certification, or ability to obtain them, are required. Regional and occasional out-of-region travel may be required.
