The Transition Care Specialist, Part-Time role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Caring Transitions of Washington, DC – North supports seniors and their families through significant life transitions. The specialist helps clients organize, pack, relocate, and manage household belongings, while providing considerate service to clients and families and coordinating with teammates to deliver a smooth transition.

What you'll do

• Organize, pack, and unpack household items
• move supplies and boxes
• sort household goods for moving or sale
• arrange donation or removal of unwanted items
• deliver and ship auction purchases
• photograph and describe items for online estate sales
• communicate compassionately with clients and families
• collaborate with team members and participate in community events.
