The Hotel Front Desk Agent / Guest Services role is onsite in Vail, CO. Compensation is $23 per hour. The position supports guest hospitality at the Residence Inn by Marriott Vail, operated by Sunridge Hotel Group.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out
• make reservations
• answer calls and questions
• resolve guest concerns
• track room availability and housekeeping needs
• handle guest records and shift cash
• maintain accurate records
• and keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized. Night-shift work includes completing the night-auditor checklist and end-of-day reports.
