What you'll do

• Supervise daily team operations
• mentor and provide performance feedback to Client Success Managers
• resolve escalated client issues
• monitor call abandon rates, task turnaround time, and client satisfaction
• assign and track projects
• support SOP development
• conduct call monitoring and quality reviews
• coordinate onboarding and training
• support performance evaluations
• participate in interviewing and hiring
• test internal systems
• process payroll and time-off requests
• obtain the PFE Debt Management Professional Certification within six months of hire.
