What you'll do

• Manage scheduling, referral processing, and waitlist coordination
• conduct clinical screenings and assess needs and risk levels to determine appropriate care
• support other Intake Specialists during escalated or complex calls
• verify insurance eligibility and maintain accurate documentation
• apply payer, licensing, and accreditation standards
• serve as a contact for access-related questions
• participate in quality improvement and recommend process enhancements.
