What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, manage, and motivate branch origination staff

• mentor mortgage loan personnel on policies, procedures, programs, and investor guidelines
• manage branch revenue and expenses
• procure loan applications that result in funded loans
• monitor loan status communications
• maintain required licensing and regulatory compliance.
