The associate handles transactions from due diligence through execution, drafts and negotiates deal documents, and works with senior attorneys, clients, and practice-area specialists to advance transaction strategies.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers
• handle leveraged buyouts, sell-side deals, growth equity and minority investments
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• conduct due diligence and manage deal execution
• coordinate with senior attorneys, clients, and specialists.
