Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, life-safety, door, window, flooring, and roof systems
• communicate property needs to the Front Desk and Maintenance Manager
• understand maintenance schedules
• perform scheduled maintenance
• maintain cleanliness and safety
• keep equipment in safe working condition
• follow safety and emergency procedures.
