The Hospice Registered Nurse – Weekend On-Call role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with travel to Lynchburg as needed. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year. James River Hospice provides hospice care and coordinates patient support with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse manages assigned hospice patients in their residences, assesses patient and family needs, and develops and adjusts palliative care plans. The role supports symptom management and continuity of care while coordinating with the clinical team and participating in the on-call policy.
