• Welcome and escort guests to rooms, explain hotel services and amenities, provide safe transportation around Aspen and to or from the airport, handle luggage and guest deliveries, prepare amenities, operate seasonal ski and bike valet services, maintain vehicle and public-area readiness, and coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk, and Bell teams.
