What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and nutrition
• measure and record vital signs
• observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
• provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed-staff supervision
• encourage activities and companionship
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies as needed.
