What you'll do

• Lead People due diligence and identify risks and opportunities
• develop and manage integration plans from letter of intent through three months post-close
• harmonize HR policies, practices, compensation, technology, and benefits
• organize and migrate employee data
• execute integration playbooks
• lead change management and cultural integration
• serve as a contact for acquired-firm employees
• track employee sentiment
• organize integration events and training
• support onboarding and engagement
• ensure compliance
• manage Workday integration and data migration
• partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations
• track and report integration metrics and risks.
