Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Service Coordinator role is onsite in Rosedale, MD. Compensation is $27–$31 per hour. The position supports Geiger Pump and Equipment’s sales and repair work for industrial and municipal customers. The coordinator tracks equipment and orders from intake through repair completion, prepares service quotes, and coordinates with sales engineers, repair staff, customers, suppliers, and logistics. The role helps keep repair work and customer orders organized and moving toward timely completion.

What you'll do

• Track and receive equipment for repair
• schedule inspection and failure analysis
• prepare service quotes for field or in-house repairs
• develop buyout requirements
• estimate labor
• purchase materials and equipment through vendor portals and the SAGE 300 ERP system
• monitor purchasing
• communicate order progress and completion expectations
• coordinate shipment and fulfillment with logistics staff.
