Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Warren, MI. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour. The position supports clients ages 2–21 through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services at Attendant Care Autism Services. The role implements behavioral intervention programs and tracks client progress to support positive behavioral change and skill acquisition through direct therapy and collaboration with the team.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention programs based on client needs
• work with individuals ages 2–21
• conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and collect progress data
• obtain CPR and First Aid certification as required.
