What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep the machine clean and report functional or mechanical problems
• monitor water temperature
• wash and store kitchenware
• organize dishware for front-of-house employees
• haul dish-room trash and help with kitchen trash and recycling
• understand chemical use and storage and keep chemicals stocked and labeled.
