Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Cape Coral, FL, with stated pay of $17–$20 per hour. The position is with HornerXpress Cape Coral, Inc., supporting customers and the outside sales team. The representative responds to customer needs, processes orders and quotes, and coordinates with internal departments to support smooth operations. Accurate records and product guidance help maintain customer relationships and support sales and order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone
• respond to inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues
• serve as a contact for key accounts
• prepare quotes and provide product information to support outside sales
• coordinate special projects, custom orders, and product availability
• enter orders and quotes in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• maintain transaction and order records
• complete credit forms and reports
• coordinate with purchasing, receiving, shipping, accounting, and dispatch
• assist with order pulling, inventory counts, stock movement, and warranty processing.
