What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered psychiatric and mental health nursing
• complete biopsychosocial, mental status, and risk assessments
• administer medication, including injections, per physician or nurse practitioner orders
• provide medication education
• coordinate integrated care with healthcare professionals and facilities
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings
• maintain medical records
• support patients and families
• review and approve competencies of new staff in the supervised medication program.
