The Manager, Product Development & Production — Men's & Women's Knits role is hybrid, with an in-office schedule four days per week. The position is based in New York, NY. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year. The manager reports to the Senior Director of Product Development & Production and supports rag & bone’s men’s and women’s cut-and-sew knit categories. The role manages product creation from concept through production, coordinating design, merchandising, technical teams, and global vendors to deliver styles on time and within cost and quality targets while maintaining the brand’s creative standards.

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing, sampling, costing, and development for men’s and women’s cut-and-sew knits
• track development and production calendars
• coordinate with suppliers and overseas offices
• maintain bills of materials and tracking files
• mentor junior associates
• manage bulk production and purchase-order accuracy
• review quality and testing
• coordinate shipment bookings and pre-production meetings
• and manage costing records and vendor negotiations.
