What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned branch territories
• coordinate customer communications
• create Waste Information Profiles and select approval codes
• take service orders and prepare accurate jobs and tickets
• coordinate pickup scheduling
• support pricing and pricebook updates with relevant colleagues
• review ticket errors
• coordinate invoicing with the Billing Coordinator
• and respond to other customer requests.
