What you'll do

• Enter data accurately
• tour and contact prospects and record them in the system
• maintain prospect communication through the sale
• document customer communications and follow-ups in HubSpot
• meet sales and closing-ratio standards
• sell training packages and memberships
• provide professional service during Secret Shopper visits
• attend quarterly continuing education and sales improvement sessions
• conduct monthly tours with a general manager or district manager.
