The Operations Strategy and Governance Analyst role is hybrid, with three days onsite at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year. Versar Global Solutions provides planning, analysis, risk management, program management, operations, and technology solutions for government and commercial customers. The analyst supports Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate (A4C) initiatives by connecting installation-level operations with enterprise strategy and policy. The role coordinates governance, stakeholder actions, audits, and implementation tracking to support readiness, mission assurance, and operational effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Support planning and execution of Civil Engineer Operations initiatives and programs
• develop and maintain governance and program documents, action plans, taskers, and implementation guidance
• coordinate meetings and working groups and prepare briefings, minutes, reports, and executive summaries
• collaborate with government and Department of Defense stakeholders
• analyze programs, monitor execution, support compliance reviews, and recommend improvements
• coordinate audit responses and corrective action plans
• track milestones and implementation progress
• support policy and governance updates.
