What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite technical point of contact for nCino and Salesforce initiatives
• own technical delivery from requirements analysis and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• translate lending requirements into maintainable solutions
• lead technical discussions, design and code reviews, and release planning
• coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines
• develop and troubleshoot with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and OmniStudio
• design Salesforce data solutions and integrations
• address application, integration, data, performance, and production issues
• apply Salesforce security and governance practices
• support source control, release management, and CI/CD
• mentor team members and support production validation and hypercare.
