What you'll do

• Engage customers and follow up by phone or email
• open, close, and maintain accounts
• explain banking products and services
• perform basic teller transactions and balance the drawer when needed
• complete compliance training and operational accuracy tasks
• maintain schedule flexibility and fill in at other bank locations as needed. Level II adds elevated sales goals and leading by example
• Level III includes managing a retail banking client book, referrals, and support for colleagues on advanced products.
