What you'll do

• Complete general maintenance tasks, service requests, unit turns, and curb-appeal work
• coordinate and resolve resident service requests with minimal callbacks
• prepare vacant units for occupancy and showing
• troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems
• update systems and communicate with the onsite office team
• conduct daily property walks and address maintenance needs
• keep apartments and common areas clean and appealing
• respond to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled work hours
• support other area properties as business needs require
• remain available for a rotating on-call emergency schedule.
