The Director of Community Development & Revitalization role is an onsite position based in Atlanta, GA, offering a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. This role supports the Historic District Development Corp by leading real estate development projects that advance the organization's mission. The role exists to lead the full lifecycle of real estate development projects from concept through completion. It contributes to the organization's growth by structuring complex deals, managing financial models, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver community-impact driven projects.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end real estate development projects
• Identify emerging needs impacting housing and community vitality
• Structure and evaluate transactions using tax credits and subsidies
• Manage financial models and investment analyses
• Partner with developers, lenders, and public agencies
• Oversee project budgets and compliance
• Represent the organization in negotiations and community forums.
