In-Field Sales Training Manager

The In-Field Sales Training Manager works onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. What you'll do

• Conduct in-field onboarding and ongoing training for new and experienced Sales Advisors
• coach prospecting, door-to-door outreach, inspections, and closing
• manage Advisor productivity and accountability to sales goals
• scope and review projects for accuracy and profitability
• attend adjuster appointments and support Advisors through the insurance process
• help resolve customer issues
• assist the Branch Manager with sales meetings and training
• research the territory and identify high-opportunity neighborhoods.
