Medication Aide (MA) - Night Shift

Serve as caregiver providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse. Document resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicate changing condition and care concerns to the charge nurse.
