What you'll do

• Own store operations, team, and performance
• lead and coach a team of 8–15 employees
• cover shifts as needed
• perform register, stocking, cleaning, and lot and fuel-pump duties
• recruit, hire, and train employees
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor hours
• execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
