Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing role is full-time at Harri’s New York office, onsite in New York, NY, with compensation of $200,000–$300,000 per year. Harri builds an enterprise workforce management platform for the services vertical. The marketing leader owns strategy and execution across demand generation, brand, product marketing, customer lifecycle, acquisition channels, and events. The role aligns marketing with Sales and Product, leads the team, and reports department KPIs and insights to the executive team to support growth and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead demand generation strategy and department KPIs
• collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing campaigns
• build brand awareness, leads, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
• shape customer lifecycle journeys with Product and Sales
• expand acquisition channels
• translate product features into marketing narratives
• lead field marketing, events, and community initiatives
• identify industry trends and thought-leadership opportunities
• lead and develop the marketing team.
