What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, drives, motor starters, sensors, and safety circuits
• interpret schematics and ladder logic
• monitor, modify, and back up PLC programs as needed
• configure and troubleshoot HMI applications and industrial networks
• complete preventive maintenance and documentation
• assist with equipment installation and upgrades
• maintain and calibrate instrumentation
• support mechanical maintenance as needed
• follow LOTO, NFPA 70E, GMP, and food-safety requirements
• respond to breakdowns and production calls
• enter work-order and repair data
• assist with root-cause analysis.
