The Direct Support Professional – Float role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, with a full-time 40-hour workweek and variable hours and days. Pay is $17.85 per hour. STRiVE supports individuals’ health, safety, rights, independence, employment goals, and community participation through vocational and day programs. The role provides person-centered support across assigned programs and community settings, helping individuals develop skills, participate in vocational activities, and pursue employment goals. Float coverage adapts to staffing needs while following individual plans, program routines, and documentation requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide supervision, assistance, coaching, and vocational support according to individual plans
• support workplace routines, task completion, communication, and employment skills
• assist with daily living needs when required
• administer medications in accordance with policies while maintaining QMAP certification
• respond to emergencies
• complete service and incident documentation
• transport individuals when assigned and authorized
• provide float coverage across programs and locations.
