Senior Manager, Product Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the research and development team in conceiving, designing, developing, testing, validating, and releasing products
• support existing product lines
• work with business development, product management, and marketing on product direction
• mentor the team
• manage product development processes and projects
• apply DFMA and GD&T
• participate in design and process FMEAs
• improve manufacturing methods
• validate tooling and equipment
• lead material science efforts
• work with suppliers and research centers
• prepare annual budgets and technical reports
• support ISO standards, safety, and continuous improvement.

Why this role
