What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and obtain approvals
• research and resolve invoice, pricing, quantity, and receiving discrepancies
• reconcile accounts payable, receiving not invoiced, and related general ledger accounts
• process inventory and freight invoices and administer freight claims
• prepare vendor payments and maintain vendor records
• assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• provide backup customer invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable support
• support month-end close and special projects
• assist with process improvements and maintain accurate records.
