The Computer Support Specialist II, IT Support role is onsite in Shreveport, LA, paying $20–$25 per hour. Module X Solutions is a Shreveport-based modular manufacturing business serving customers in renewable energy, network infrastructure, battery storage, telecommunications, petrochemical, utility, and transportation markets. The specialist provides intermediate technical support and assists with IT operations across office and manufacturing environments. Resolving employee issues, maintaining equipment and network connectivity, and supporting business systems help keep company and production operations running.

What you'll do

• Resolve employee hardware, software, printing, and network requests
• document troubleshooting and resolutions in the ticketing system
• install and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and shop-floor workstations
• install and troubleshoot network cabling
• assist with switch and Windows Server support
• support Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Sage 100, and Autodesk Vault/Inventor
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, account access, endpoint updates, and security controls
• maintain equipment inventory
• provide user guidance and assist with IT projects.
