Manager, Final Mile Operations

What you'll do

• Lead and develop warehouse employees, independent contractors, and drivers
• recruit and onboard delivery teams
• resolve customer, employee, and partner escalations
• oversee delivery crews and warehouse staffing, scheduling, loading, staging, and product handling
• conduct virtual performance reviews and on-site market visits
• coordinate with clients and transport partners
• manage routing, invoicing, auditing, and reporting
• maintain inventory accuracy and documentation
• monitor operational KPIs and expenses
• enforce safety policies and DOT regulations
• conduct safety training and incident reviews.
