What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• register patients in Epic and update demographic, insurance, billing, and contact information
• verify identity and protect confidential information
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• answer calls and route messages
• make reminder calls
• collect payments and copayments
• balance daily payments
• maintain records
• and collaborate with providers and care teams.
