What you'll do

• Ensure assigned charge nurses complete skin assessments
• review admission skin assessments
• notify relevant departments of new or worsening skin issues
• ensure referrals and preventive measures are in place
• round with the wound care specialist
• coordinate equipment and supply orders
• ensure care plans and treatments are appropriate.
