The Human Resources Generalist — Fragrance Manufacturing role is onsite in Wayne, NJ. The annual salary range is $75,000 to $95,000, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. MANE creates flavors and fragrances and this role supports its Fragrance Division manufacturing and warehouse locations. The generalist provides day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, helping foster a positive workplace, apply policies consistently, and support business objectives. The role also partners with the Senior HR Business Partner on strategic and operational HR initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR presence at fragrance manufacturing and logistics warehouse locations
• support employee relations and investigations
• address questions about policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace matters
• assist with HR programs, compliance, recruitment, timekeeping, payroll support, training coordination, and records
• manage the site security badge system
• participate in HR projects and continuous improvement.
