The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is an onsite role based in Lincoln, NE, with a salary range of $145,000 - $160,000 per year. This position supports the iCIMS Enterprise sales team in helping clients build their winning workforce. This role exists to drive new business by developing and executing value-based sales plans. The Account Executive will research target accounts, build sales funnels, and lead the entire sales process to achieve quotas and help organizations turn talent acquisition into a competitive advantage.

What you'll do

• Leverage company training to build expertise in iCIMS Talent Cloud offerings.
• Research target accounts (3,500+ employees) to identify key decision makers and build value propositions.
• Build sales funnels through prospecting efforts including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Partner with sales development and presales teams to implement sales plans.
• Lead the entire sales process, including RFP/RFI and final contract negotiations.
