What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines
• assist with food preparation and tray-line setup
• assemble and verify resident diet trays
• load and deliver trays and nourishment
• report food refusals to the supervisor and Charge Nurse
• clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces
• report equipment problems, pests, and injuries
• assist with inspection preparation.
