What you'll do

• Develop and implement community sales and marketing strategies
• facilitate the annual marketing plan with executive, corporate marketing, and operations teams
• manage leads and respond to inquiries
• maintain occupancy and revenue goals
• conduct tours
• report sales activity and follow up with prospects and referral sources
• maintain Yardi CRM records
• supervise and motivate sales team members
• build relationships supporting resident satisfaction
• understand care regulations for prospect placement and education
• represent the community at outreach and networking events
• manage promotional inventory, social media, and marketing budget.

Why this role
