What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a field crew installing paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and custom outdoor structures
• direct daily site operations
• interpret designs, blueprints, and layouts for grading, base preparation, and stone setting
• operate and maintain equipment safely
• communicate project progress with clients
• enforce job-site safety protocols.
