Ductless Mini Split (DMS) Technician II

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day ductless mini split installation activities
• provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members as needed
• report job or employee issues to management
• inspect completed installations and identify deficiencies
• conduct quality control checks
• support safety protocols and briefings and address hazards
• communicate with customers about project requirements and concerns
• perform additional tasks as required.
