What you'll do
- Manage daily sterile compounding workflow, including scheduling, staffing, batch planning, and capacity
- serve as PIC and oversee Florida regulatory compliance and records
- supervise, assess, qualify, and train pharmacists and technicians
- maintain USP <797> and <800> compliance and inspection readiness
- manage deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and SOPs
- monitor production and quality metrics
- collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Operations, and Facilities.
