What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
• diagnose and repair electrical systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor construction
• maintain work orders and equipment logs
• follow OSHA, local codes, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures
• support facility improvement projects and equipment installations
• coordinate with external contractors as needed.
