What you'll do

• Welcome prospects and residents
• lead and coordinate the onsite team
• maintain accurate community records and listings
• lease apartments and follow up with new residents
• inspect units and community grounds
• review lease files
• respond to emergencies and complete incident reports
• manage revenue collection, delinquent accounts, accounts receivable and payable, and budget support
• promote Urban Village events and resident participation.
