What you'll do

• Set up and operate manual and automated machining and welding equipment
• perform turning, boring, threading, drilling, grinding, and welding
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• select tools and adjust machine settings
• inspect components with precision measuring instruments
• troubleshoot equipment
• maintain production and inspection records
• safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
