What you'll do

• Focus on selling John Deere Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) full product line
• Prospecting dormant, new and walk-in accounts
• Welcome and greet potential customers at dealership
• Make adequate number of calls per day to assigned accounts
• Ensure leads and quotes are followed up quickly
• Quote and negotiate prices, credit and financial terms
• Maintain updated knowledge of manufacturer discounts
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Dynamics
• Provide demonstrations and machine walk around
• Meet or exceed company targets for calls and sales quota.
