What you'll do

• Plan nutritious, balanced menus for senior residents
• prepare and cook meals according to recipes and presentation standards
• create new dishes
• collaborate with dietary staff and healthcare professionals on dietary restrictions
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• store, handle, and prepare food properly
• monitor and record food temperatures.

Why this role
