What you'll do

• Check radios, flashlights, and keys before taking over a watch
• prepare shift reports and security documentation
• receive shift handoff information
• conduct radio checks, facility counts, and patrols
• monitor residents and building security
• supervise resident work details
• conduct scheduled or random tests and searches
• document disciplinary actions
• greet visitors and verify identity
• maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies.
